Less than 10% of America’s construction workers are women. Though they make up so few of the construction industry, they make almost 97% of their male counterparts’ salary, compared to 82% across other industries.

The goal of WIC-Connect Zone is to discuss the financial and other positive facets of the construction career path and to use the entirety of our experiences to inspire others.
