Event Details

Join us for another hands-on cooking class with Mise En Place Cooking School featuring cheese from Truckle Cheesemongers, where you’ll be guided through creating three appetizers paired with three of our ciders.

Menu:
– Serrano Ham & Manchego Cheese Grilled Sandwiches
paired with Harrison – full-bodied, tannic single varietal with bright acidity. 8.5% ABV, 0% RS

– Shrimp Fritters with Smoky Paprika Aioli
paired with Aragon 1904 – off-dry, fruit forward with hints of minerality. 8.6% ABV, 1.5% RS

– Torrijas – Spanish Style French Toast with Orange Honey Syrup
paired with Wild Honey – black twig apple juice co-fermented with wildflower & clover honey, sweetened with orange blossom honey.

Current Club Members: You are able to purchase the discounted club price in exchange for your March punches (maximum 2 discounted tickets).
